Fixed issue in a short amount of time. Kept in touch by texting so I knew what was going on and where they were in fixing my car. I had high mileage and so I listened. He showed me in black and white how he can put me in a new car with little to no out of pocket. I leased instead of purchasing. I LOVE my new car!! More

Service not great Bought a vehicle from kia(used). Before I even made it home I had issues with vibration at lights. Called and reported to sales rep . Brought it in a week later to have this looked at and I was asked what I thought was the issue. I told them a list of what I read could possibly be the issue. I received a call later that day and was told that my vehicle was done. They did one thing on the list and tried to pass that off as fixed. They then told me it was the nature of my vehicle. I told them they were incorrect a my buddy had bought the matching vehicle so the the vin # only being 600 difference. During sale and trying to dicker a better deal I was told there was a 100+ check they did before they sell vehicles. I found that to be untrue as the radiator res. Was bone dry when I popped the hood. So I'm a bit sceptical about Kia and their services. More
