I came in for the 60,000 mile service and decided to trade u I cam in for the 60,000 mile service and decided to trade up to a new 2018 Sorento. This is my fourth Sorento. John makes the cusyomary feel welcome to stop by and saw hello. Unfortunately I was not informed about the extra step they required for the Insurance. I had to spend quite a bit of time and several phone calls to the dealer and Hartford to get the documents they needed. This should have been done the day of the sale, not after the fact. Somewhat disappointed with that part. More
