Oil change a hesitation issue I bought my car here and have brought my car here for 4 oil changes. When my car was brought to a different location I did not have the same issues. I bought my car here and have brought my car here for 4 oil changes. When my car was brought to a different location I did not have the same issues. This time I dropped off Y car and advised willie that I needed an oil change and check the car for the hesitation I was having when it comes to a stop. The car is only 1 year old. No problem I was told have a seat we will be with you shortly. 1 hour later I went to the front to ask what the status of the car was I was advised by another gentleman that it was being washed. When it came back I asked about the hesitation and to my surprise nobody even checked it for that. I’m sorry it would be impossible to rate my experience a 5 when it went like a 2 More

Good and efficient We took our car to change it's windshield, because we had a stone coming from the road and chipping it. When we arrived at the store the service was We took our car to change it's windshield, because we had a stone coming from the road and chipping it. When we arrived at the store the service was excellent. The person in charge help us right away and clear our doubts of inssurance covering our fix. They helped us with the call to the insurrance and got the details worked out so we would get the fix with no extra charge. They kept in contact with us for the date of the fix and even provided us with a loan car. There was a problem that the windshield wasn't the right one, but they mobilized fast and found the right one for us and communicated with us quickly. I would recommend their services to anyone who would need their help. More
