I started coming to Friendly Kia for service last year when I had a very bad issue with my car stalling. It was a long process, but the service department got my car functioning again! My recent visit was when I had a very bad issue with my car stalling. It was a long process, but the service department got my car functioning again! My recent visit was for routine maintenance. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I also appreciate how the waiting room is quite comfortable with refreshments provided. My only complaint is that the wait time estimates aren't usually accurate which can make planning ahead a bit tricky. I would rather be told a longer wait time and get the car back early than to plan on having it ready at a certain time and then keep waiting another 30-45 minutes. Other than that, everything was great! More
