I had a great visit. I was helped immediately when I pulled in. Everyone was really kind and communicated appropriately. Always a pleasure coming into Friendly Kia. Staff is always very helpful and informative. Waiting room is always stocked with goodies for customers and bathrooms are always clean. My experience was better this time around. I've found that if you have an issue, speak to the e manager. They will more than likely make it right.
