From missing paperwork from my trade in being signed and having to go back on my day off to sign and receive numerous calls about my old loan being delinquent since they never resolved it, to giving me false information about the car I purchased and being stuck with a car I thought had capabilities it does not and cannot per Nissan. Horrible customer service, being told I’d receive a call to discuss all the issues they’ve caused and never once received a call. The car is ok, some issues with the electronic since buying it brand new, which is very annoying to deal with, but above all else, this place is a joke. More
I can easily say that after 30 years of owning Nissan cars, this was the best and easiest experience I had. The sales person, Calvin Jackson, was phenomenal. He was sincere, straightforward, personable, and up front about everything. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a Nissan. The only issues I encountered were minor. The OTD price the dealership offered was $300 more than what their website offered. Additionally, the website listed a few convenience items, such as heated seats, that were not a part of the package of the actual vehicle, neither of which were deal breakers for me. There's also one small item that needs to followed-up on as they only had 1 key to provide for the vehicle. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience. More

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our salesman was fantastic. He actually listened to what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us.
