Not only did he give me a deal which met my needs, he also expedited the process so I could leave in time for an appointment later that afternoon. DJ also followed up with me a few times in the month after my purchase to ensure I was happy. I will definitely be going back to DJ and Ken Ganley Nissan for my next vehicle. Good and Bad I had a great experience buying my car. However the finance team was not so great. They try to put you in debt for their own benefits which i hate. 30,000 service 3 hours for a oil change,tire rotation,granted they did have to charge battery for 1 hour to get a bad code to allow replacement under warranty. 2 hou 3 hours for a oil change,tire rotation,granted they did have to charge battery for 1 hour to get a bad code to allow replacement under warranty. 2 hours for oil change and rotation to long to wait.
