My salesperson is Rose Strelbicki. She has helped me with the last 4 vehicles that I have leased. Rose is always calling me and seeing if I have any questions or concerns with my car. When I am ready for a new lease, she asks me what I am interested in and she will have a vehicle ready in the lot for me to look at and drive. If I could give Rose a rating for 0 to 10, she would definitely be at 10! Great employee! More

Used car purchase Purchased a used Nissan Sentra for a reasonable price. The "online" team was frustrating... sent an email to request a price, they initially didn't a Purchased a used Nissan Sentra for a reasonable price. The "online" team was frustrating... sent an email to request a price, they initially didn't answer my question. Received a phone call and asked my question again, to which I was told that the listed prices are NEVER discounted. What was particularly sad though is that I was told this information only after I was asked to make an offer. Upon receiving my offer and then being told that prices are never discounted, I questioned the person as to why he would ask me to make an offer if prices are never discounted. I stated that based on his comment, it was completely irrelevant and a waste of my time to make the offer. At this point, the person admonished me for being argumentative. I found this to be completely unprofessional and out of line. So, now to the good... while I had no plans to go there, I ended up stopping in on my way home from another dealer to see if the car I was looking at was as attractive as in the pictures. I was met in the parking lot by Conner Schoonover. Conner was a very pleasant person. I drove the car, then sat with Conner where we negotiated for about 30-40 minutes. Typical sales types of tactics, but in the end, I purchased the car for my original offer price and felt good about it. Interesting enough, because I purchased it at a decent discount, it further invalidated everything about my email & phone contact with that team!!??!! More
