Fast and friendly service; in and out within about an hour Called to schedule and service dept said just to come in and ask for (2) techs by name. They changed out my brake fluid in about an hour and with the Called to schedule and service dept said just to come in and ask for (2) techs by name. Ripped off Your sales people misled us when we bought our 2016 Nissan Titan from you stating we had a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. On top of that we bought an extended warranty for MORE money ........ Now 3 years later, we break down after hours and have to leave our vehicle. We call you in the morning for a tow (thinking we had the coverage) and we were charged $175 for a tow - then $99 to "check out what was wrong" !! In the end spent $295 for a loose freaking wire - YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again Ganley - NEVER ... and VIncent your service tech was NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Fast, friendly and still very professional and thorough I was greeted politely, I was given an explanation of the process, and I was escorted to the lounge. My car was inspected and I had an explanation I was greeted politely, I was given an explanation of the process, and I was escorted to the lounge. My car was inspected and I had an explanation and actually shown my dirty air filter, with recommendations from the mechanic, but he was not pushy, it was my decision to go ahead and replace the filters. I was given a full explanation of many points in the inspection process and a plan for my next visit. My only complaint would be the female bathroom. I do not appreciate the actual toilet paper not being in the holder and I had handle it after other people had handled the roll, this is unsanitary. Also when washing your hands it was the same, the paper roll was sitting on top of the dispenser, and this again is handled with wet hands, which is unsanitary for the next user. Otherwise your would have got 5 stars. More

They quoted her $1,000 to fix it. She brought it to Ken Ganley in Medina and it was fixed for $200! I trust these guys with my car! More
