Conflicting advise from service advisor I came in to have my transmission fluid changed as was recommended the week before. As I was leaving I was told that I may have waited too long to ha I came in to have my transmission fluid changed as was recommended the week before. As I was leaving I was told that I may have waited too long to have it done (at 63,100 rather than 60,000) and that if I had waited any longer they would have told me not to bother changing it at all. Nice. I bought my car here and have been coming back for the past 5 years. This was my first negative experience so I will consider this a fluke. More
Unsatisfying Brought in for a oil change and to have them look at my a/c. They told me it would be 139.99 just to let me know what was wrong with the a/c. I also had a passenger side blinker light out and had the bulb and the service guy said they couldn’t put the bulb in and that it was the first blinker light they have seen go out and that he would have to charge me two hours of labor! To change a bulb! He also said my back shocks were leaking and I yet had them replace a month and a half ago. Took hem back to who did them and they said they were fine and what they were seeing was from the last shocked that were bad. More
