Still hoping I can trust you Several months ago the service department told me I had a tire that could not be fixed, that I would need 2 new tires for my Rogue ($400). I took my car to another service center and my tire was quickly fixed for $20. I have been a customer since purchasing my Rogue in 2013. This time I took my car in for an oil change and was told my battery failed the test and I should get a new battery which I did. How can I be sure I really needed one. I was not experiencing any problems. I can only hope that I will receive honest evaluations of my car when I bring it in. This time I was willing to trust. I hope I did the right thing. More

When the vehicle was ready the service person explained the work done and that they could not find any problems. I asked him to show me the display and he demonstrated how the display was functional, but that some applications did not use the full screen. More

Good service I had an issue with my 2016 Nissan Leaf. I drove the car to Ken Ganley Nissan service and drove it right into their open service center bay. I was gr I had an issue with my 2016 Nissan Leaf. I drove the car to Ken Ganley Nissan service and drove it right into their open service center bay. I was greeted almost immediately and explained my trouble. The technician took the time to understand my issue. (It turned out to simply be a bad 12v battery.). While they had my car, they took care of a recall, tested and installed the new 12v battery, checked the vehicles systems, inflated my tires to proper pressure, and washed my car. I was very pleased with the whole experience. More
