Great service! I service my 2014 Altima here all the time. Over the past year or so, the service department has added a few new people and this is my second or thir I service my 2014 Altima here all the time. Over the past year or so, the service department has added a few new people and this is my second or third time getting service done, since folks have changed. I'm getting to know Vince and he is great! He seems to know and can answer all of my questions. I do feel he tries to sell me extra work, but overall he is fine. I appreciate him staying to wait for my husband and I to pick up my car late after it was serviced. It has made a difference in the rest of my weeks schedule. Thanks Vince! I may stop back in because I paid to have the mini detail and the detail crew did not do as good a job as I'm used too. The interior needs to be re-vacuumed (especially on the back seats) and they did not wipe down the interior windows. This is something that Vince needs to remind the detail crew when someone gets a mini detail. This is the first time I have had to mention it. Overall tho, I am happy with my service. More

Tigh, Vincent and Alyssa (Larissa?) were very helpful in providing me with information to contact Nissan headquarters for help with payment as the extended warranty was over. The repairs were completed in a shorter amount of time than expected. I was very appreciative for the use of a loaner car when mine was being worked on.
