Oil change / tire rotation service Came in for oil change service and ended up being there for almost 3 hours. Zero communication about why it was taking so long for the first 2 plus h Came in for oil change service and ended up being there for almost 3 hours. Zero communication about why it was taking so long for the first 2 plus hours. Found out the locking lug nut which this service center put on they could not remove. They overtightened and now don’t want to replace the lugs and such. Generally very happy with service we receive from Tigh, but others are very lacking in customer service! More
