I unfortunately talked to a ty in service and let me just say he was the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to. He just kept rushing me off the phone, and laughing and talking to people in the background. After speaking to Ty, I will never bring my car to this dealership. Hopefully all of the other employees aren’t as inconsiderate as he was. More
