Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest “something that was within our budget”. It wasn’t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiancé has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again! More
Great "Last Minute" Experience We were shopping at another dealership in Twinsburg area and saw a cheaper car of the same make and model on line at Ken Ganley. We called up Ganley We were shopping at another dealership in Twinsburg area and saw a cheaper car of the same make and model on line at Ken Ganley. We called up Ganley and got Rose. We arrived 15 before closing and I knew they would rush us out of there but Rose took a lot of time with us and she and the other workers stay way past closing time. There was a gentleman there who didn't even do finance anymore and he put on his finance hat so I wouldn't have to return on Monday. Rose knew everything about his car and she took the time to go over every feature. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. If customer service was 1-10 she would get a 20. I bought 5 cars from my previous dealership I was with but think I will now make Ken Ganley Nissan my new dealership due to the excellent customer service of this team...including the service department who cleaned the car up for me! More

Turned in our 2015 Altima and leased a new 2018 Rogue As we all know get the new car can be an exhausting ordeal. Rose at Ganley Nissan was very well prepared with all the information and options we were As we all know get the new car can be an exhausting ordeal. Rose at Ganley Nissan was very well prepared with all the information and options we were looking for in the Rogue. And I must add this was the first time in our last five leases was the Leasing Manager so well prepared. From start to finish it was 2.5 hours of our time and a good 45 minutes of that was Rose going over all the functions on the new Rogue. The manager of the dealership also came over and thanked us for being a Lease Loyalty Customer and closed our deal with a mutually agreed price. At no time did we feel we were being "Strong Armed" by anyone. Which has happened at other dealerships. And that's why Ganley Nissan and Rose Strelbicki will be our dealership for as long as we can drive. In addition, their service department is second to none. Very professional, greet you with your first name and thank you for your continued service, then promptly service your car while you relax in the waiting room with free drinks, popcorn and TV!! To use there is no other dealership or service center to ever consider. Thanks to everyone at Ganley Nissan for their time and thanks to the two young men that got our new Rogue all cleaned up and washed for us to take home. THANKS !!!!!! Jim and Lauren Smouse More

We started the process on a Sunday and by the following Friday we had our new/used 2015 Nissan Rogue Select and couldn't be happier. Antoine, the manager, handed us over to DJ who took myself and my daughter for our first ride in our Rogue and we had a blast! DJ was fun to talk to and deal with in our purchase and then we got to speak with Guy and Megan in finance and they were terrific.....all in all from start to finish we couldn't have had a better experience and we would tell anyone to purchase their new or used vehicle there whether you have good or bad credit and speaking of that....if they could get us financing with our credit rating, they could probably get anyone financing....yes, they are THAT good! KUDOS to everyone, they were brilliant!!!! Thank you for our new car!!!! More
I LOVE KEN GANLEY NISSAN! Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Judy answered my initial online inquiry with a prompt phone call. I had to confirm some things before I made the drive out to Medina. She immediately got the information I needed, made an appointment for me SAME DAY. She even called to remind me of the necessary paperwork I would need to bring along...and I was on my way. (This is going to be kind of long) Upon arriving at the dealership, I am greeted by a few smiling faces :) I say my name and DJ shakes my hand introduces himself and walks me to his little cubby and we get down to business. None of that Back N Forth silly fake negotiating. (ya'know - where 'Larry the Salesman' disappears to go talk to the great Wizard in a secret place out of your line of sight) I met with Started at the bottom line, got the financing for me at the rate I was expecting given my circumstances, and the monthly payment amount I said I needed. The best part??? THE CAR! A 2013 Malibu with a measly 25K miles. Whaaaat? Oh - AND 1 owner. Clean Carfax - no accidents. Super clean in and out. And who knew 2013 cars had touch screen?? Although I spent the most time with DJ, got a hug from Judy, I do want to give a couple shout outs please - Nick & Megan in Finance - thank you for all your help and Megan - for the time you spent with me and the paperwork :) I came in on a Saturday, around 2pm and they were closing at 6p. Anyone who's ever gone through the car buying thing knows how time consuming it can be. Did I mention it was about 98 muggy degrees that day? At no time did I feel rushed or pressured in any way. I am just so thrilled! My lease expired and I returned the vehicle in early April, so I was carless and I live in North Olmsted and work for Nestle in Solon and really needed to find a car. I had been looking and looking for the right (used) car since APRIL. APRIL! over 2months. I rented a car for a couple weeks (ok - that is NOT cheap!), Worked from home a couple days, took a couple PTO days, I used my Mothers car for 3 weeks for going to/from work...I hated putting her out like that. Plus, the 2 weeks preceding this visit - I was at 4 different dealerships that just couldn't come through for me. I must have visited at least 6 different dealerships and/or lots since April.
