Customers aren’t a priority I bought my vehicle used from a different dealership and I wanted to take it to a Nissan dealer so I called to set up an appointment. I unfortunately talked to a ty in service and let me just say he was the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to. He just kept rushing me off the phone, and laughing and talking to people in the background. After speaking to Ty, I will never bring my car to this dealership. Hopefully all of the other employees aren’t as inconsiderate as he was. More

Rambo told us he could get me into a car that night, and my goodness did he deliver. Honest, to the point, and supportive of my decision in the vehicle that had my heart, I couldn't recommend a better gentleman to take care of anyone in their time of need. The financial advisor was also very up front and open about the costs and what led to them, and both of them made every step of the process that much easier.
