Great Experience I needed a replacement vehicle after my van was totaled in a car accident. I've wanted a Nissan Altima since 2005, when I had one as a rental vehicle. I needed a replacement vehicle after my van was totaled in a car accident. I've wanted a Nissan Altima since 2005, when I had one as a rental vehicle. Both of my sons have one (a 2006 and a 2010), which I found for them, and they are very happy with their cars. My rental vehicle was a 2015 Nissan Altima, and I loved it. I searched online and found the exact car, in the color I wanted and with the options and packages that I wanted, in North Olmsted. I spoke with Jimmy Koty on the phone, and we set up an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, I found out that the vehicle I wanted was already on its way to Medina. They sent someone to get it, so that I could see it in person. I didn't even have to test drive it; I knew that I wanted it. I signed the papers that night and picked up my vehicle the next day! Jimmy was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing External Ground Lighting for my Altima, and the Service Department was absolutely wonderful when they installed it for me. If I am ever in the market for another Nissan, Ken Ganley is where I will go! I highly recommend this dealership! Their staff is excellent and a pleasure to deal with! More
