We formerly dealt with Tri-City Nissan of Tallmadge which was bought out by Marhofer's and didn't retain the excellent sales staff from Tri-City. Even though there are two other Nissan dealers closer than me than Medina, Ganley's is superior and seems more trustworthy than the others. Rose Strelbicki is so thoroughly knowledgeable about the autos AND the financing possibilities. She presents information throughly and understandably and is a joy to do business with. I also know that my father has received excellent service from the Ganley s rice department on his car. Ken Ganley of Medina appears to be the best choice for a Nissan in this region! More

My service was great and all the guys I spoke to were fabulous. I needed new tires and brakes, and that is exactly what I got and more! Went into dealer wanting to experience the all electric leaf. John took us out in the leaf, explained all about the auto. Variant suggested we lease it since the technology is still changing. We were not lease types but after thinking it over could see the benefit in a lease. We were going to wait till spring when Nick contacted my husband with info on leasing rates being lower now. We were not hounded and given only the info we requested. Did not feel rushed or pushed like some dealerships do. Since more than one sales associate was involved I was concerned that each would receive the commission on our deal. They informed me that John would still be compensated. The lease person explained everything to me and I had no unanswered questions upon leaving the dealership with our new leaf. Would recommend Ganley Nissan to anyone in the future. Hope to do business with them on our next auto experience. More
