Your dealership is fantastic from the front door and out the back. Harold is very accomodating with scheduling and very knowledgable about the cars and service. I called on Tuesday of last week & made an appointment with Harold to have an oil change on my Altima on Saturday afternoon. I received a reminder call which I appreciated. The service area that I pulled into was clean & ready for my arrival. Harold was super friendly & quickly got my car in process. He gave me a time frame - which was absolutely correct. He also asked if it was ok to wash the vehicle for me. That was great. Harold came into waiting area to let me know everything was done & I was ready to go. Another great experience! More

Recently, there was a dead animal (no, I'm not kidding) who, while alive, had managed to lodge itself in the engine block if my Nissan Juke. So, to recap, I had a rotting carcass under the hood of kidding) who, while alive, had managed to lodge itself in the engine block if my Nissan Juke. So, to recap, I had a rotting carcass under the hood of my car. The service dept was mystified, and grossed out by the horrendous smell, but took on the task of removing the critter (which we later found out to be a groundhog). They did an amazing job and all who were involved deserve a raise! -I still feel awful that I made them suffer through such an unusual and repulsive task!) More
