I formerly dealt with Tri-City Nissan of Tallmadge which was bought out by Marhofer's and didn't retain the excellent sales staff from Tri-City. Even though there are two other Nissan dealers closer than me than Medina, Ganley's seemed superior to the others. Rose is a superior sales person because she is so thoroughly knowledgeable about the autos AND the financing possibilities. She presents information throughly and understandably. More

I first started working with RJ, but then came in when RJ was not around so Mr. Alex Kash was there to assist me. Both men were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Mr. Josh Davis was also a very big help! Due to my past, my credit history was a little shaky, but he was able to help me get financed. The biggest rave I have about him is that he talked me through some sensibility issues. I will admit that I was a bit stubborn at first – as I was wanting more than I could afford – but Josh walked me through scenarios that would help me maintain my affordability and also raise my credit rating for the future. Mr. Tim Thomas was also very helpful through the signing of the financing documents. He walked me through it all and he also went to bat for me when the financing company wanted to pull out of the deal. These gentlemen barely knew me, but yet they treated me with the upmost respect. They have demonstrated fantastic customer service and helped me get into a new vehicle. There were things that came up during the deal and I felt I was a bother to them for making things difficult, but they persisted in assuring me that I was not a bother to them.
