Your service rep was very pleasant and understood the issues I had. While there I mentioned I had an issued with the windshield washer. The service was horrible. I took a tech for a ride to show the rattle it was making and he heard it and said yea it making a noise but I don’t know what it is. We got back to the dealer and another tech show the rattle it was making and he heard it and said yea it making a noise but I don’t know what it is. We got back to the dealer and another tech came out. Hit the rear seat where the noise was, heard the noise, and said “yup there is a sound and it’s coming from the seat”. They wouldn’t do anything more. I bought the dealer warranty when buying the car and they said that won’t cover this and I would have had to pay for it all. I will never be back to this dealer for service, to buy a car, or even to say hi. They are horrible with the all around experience so don’t waste your time. It’s a turn and burn dealer that doesn’t care about the people. Horrible experience from day one with Rose. More
