I had a repair on my Infiniti EX35. The gas gauge wasn’t accurate. Vince in service kept me updated. Provided a loaner car and all was well as I waited the time to get the car repaired. I was lied to several times through out the process. Told me they had to sell for 1000$ over list if I didn’t finance with Nissan. Was told car was in 1 small accident with minor damage most likely paint scr me they had to sell for 1000$ over list if I didn’t finance with Nissan. Was told car was in 1 small accident with minor damage most likely paint scratch. When I was driving at night the front headlight was pointing straight down and found out it was in 2 accidents. Complete scam and will never buy from again. Will be putting reviews online and with the bbb. Tried to give me a 9.9% interest rate and when I got my credit union involved it miraculously went to 2.9% More
