I came in for a check engine light. They found the issue then recommend lots of other routine maintenance. To save time on my part I approved them. Asked if there were any deals or coupons. They said no.. I then recommend lots of other routine maintenance. To save time on my part I approved them. Asked if there were any deals or coupons. They said no.. I then found my own coupons and they would not apply them all. The customer service is gone downhill. Years ago they would have offered me every deal. Now I wonder if I really needed all of the other maintenance at this time. I brought this up and they said I could always get a second opinion. Shame on me for not having time or money for a second opinion. Losing faith in this service department. More
