Online scheduling is pathetic! Made appointment at 7:30 came to drop off car only to find service didn’t open til 8, Coworker was picking me up, but I didn’t leave car as I was not confident that I even ha came to drop off car only to find service didn’t open til 8, Coworker was picking me up, but I didn’t leave car as I was not confident that I even had appointment. Called service to be told that online scheduling really doesn’t work. I didn’t have a ride back to drop off car, talked to Tigh, explained I was leaving on vacation next morning he went above & beyond to make it right. They picked up & delivered my car back to me within an hour! He renewed my faith in Ganley! Thanks Tigh! More
Everyone at this dealership was top notch. My salesperson Rose was helpful in showing the details of the vehicle etc. but we had the most interaction with Antione in finance. Felt sales pressured to get us out the door and never followed up with a 2nd key when asked. I work for a fortune 500 group for Penske Auto Group. I know how people should be treated as a customer. Shame on your group for the experience i had with you. Even during Covid it took 2 months for the title. We have a Honda store and none of our Lease or retail payoffs take that long. You have a reputation for not paying loans off on trades. I would think you would do better for your customers on the front end of someone’s experience. More

I was interested in purchasing a used Subaru from Ken Ganley Nissan that I located on Cars.com. I was contacted by their Internet Sales Rep, Jennifer (LIAR) Lawernce, and communicated with her via e-mail Ganley Nissan that I located on Cars.com. I was contacted by their Internet Sales Rep, Jennifer (LIAR) Lawernce, and communicated with her via e-mail about the vehicle. I agreed to come to the dealership for a test drive of the vehicle and she scheduled a time for my visit. While en-route to the dealership and about fifteen minutes away from my scheduled appointment time I received another follow-up e-mail from Ms. (LIAR)-Lawerence inquiring if I was still coming today. On arrival, I spoke with a very nice and professional sales consultant, Felix. Who informed me that this vehicle had been sold. At no point in any of Ms. Lawernce's follow up emails did she mention that this vehicle had been sold. I'm not the type of person who typically takes the time to write reviews about my experiences, positive or negative. But the fact that I traveled over 75 miles roundtrip to view and test drive a car that was no longer available and how aggressively Ms. Lawernce repeatedly barraged with me with follow-up emails concerning my interest in a vehicle that she knew or should have known that was no longer available. Typical automotive dealership "BAIT & SWITCH" Just, get the customer in the door at any cost. For anyone looking to buy a car, I don't have any dealership that I can recommend. But, I sure have one that I will never recommend, KEN GANLEY NISSAN 5180 Montville Dr. Medina, Ohio 44256, and the SUPER-STAR Internet Sales Rep.Jennifer (LIAR) LAWRENCE. Horrible experience.
