I will not give them a good rating, as they hosed me. The car that I took delivery on was at a price of 16-17,000 dollars. They added 8000 dollars to a 20000 price tag. They also rushed me through the signature part, and I did not get to read everything the next. The added cost was for getting me approved. I will most likely have to turn the vehicle in. Thanks, Ron My overall experience sucked. The first thing that I did not get was the sale price. Second the signature part was rushed and I could not read anything the next day. Third was they added 8000 dollars to the price for it to get approved. I would not recommend them to anybody that I know. More

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart on June 11, 2020. We had the car for 5 days and it starting sputtering when starting and the check engine light came on it. Then the tank was full of gas and in 2020. We had the car for 5 days and it starting sputtering when starting and the check engine light came on it. Then the tank was full of gas and in two days the car was almost empty. It was only driven about 20 miles in those two days. We then took it to a mechanic and he said the purge value needed replaced. We are day 10 of buying the car and already are having issues. When we were at the dealer it made a sound like the struts would need replaced very soon. Felix our sales person took it across the street to have it checked and he said all was well. The struts do need replaced, along with the purge value and hopefully the purge value will clear the check engine light and the car needing an excessive amount of gas for very few miles. 10 days in and this is where we are. Our financial person was fantastic!!! He was very professional and very nice. More

Had a problem after a routine oil change After my recent oil change, I decided to change my spark plugs myself. Upon taking the cover off to access the plugs, I noticed the top of the engin After my recent oil change, I decided to change my spark plugs myself. Upon taking the cover off to access the plugs, I noticed the top of the engine was wiped down. Upon attempting to take the old plugs out, I noticed oil in each of the chambers. So much so, that I could not see the top of the plug. I had to clean each out before taking out the old plugs to replace with the new. The service person must have spilled oil; a lot of oil. Had I not changed the plugs myself, I would have never noticed. I would expect anyone working on my car to report this to me and then clean it. It makes me wonder if other things have happened like this. This was disappointing. I understand these things happen but to not take care of it is irresponsible. More
