Dealer did not keep their word Dealer said they would touch up some paint chips on the used car I purchased. Called several times and felt like I was getting the run around. My husband showed up on the day he was told to bring the car in only to be told the paint guy wasn't there. He was told we would be contacted to schedule another appointment. Nobody ever called. I called and left a message. Nobody ever returned my call. Very disappointed with this dealer. More

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because my sales person was very helpful and nice. Otherwise it would’ve been a ZERO. However, we were sold on an extended warranty that included free oil changes and person was very helpful and nice. Otherwise it would’ve been a ZERO. However, we were sold on an extended warranty that included free oil changes and tire rotations. We specifically asked if with this warranty we could go to any dealership as we had just bought a house 2.5 hours away. We were assured that we could go to ANY dealership and they would honor this warranty. They lied 100%. Another dealership even said they get people all the time from Ken Ganley that were told this and they constantly have to turn people away. When I tried calling and speaking with someone about this, I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes only to be hung up on. When I called back I was instructed to leave a voicemail. I did. No one called me back for almost 2 days so I called again. I literally NEVER spoke to anyone at the dealership about it because I kept getting the run around. Finally I just called the company the extended warranty was through and they even said not every dealership accepts them. They were luckily able to find me ONE dealership within 100 miles that would accept their warranty. All in all, we were straight out lied to. We were sold a fake promise. And their customer service is non existent. I do not recommend them to anyone. More

As always a very good experience! The reason I take my cars here is because I trust them! I called Tigh and told him I was almost sure my front brakes needed replace and an oil change The reason I take my cars here is because I trust them! He set up an appointment and I took it up and Vincient came outside (so I din't have to go inside due to the virus) Tigh must have told him I was coming and he knew exactly what was going on! About an hour later I got a call and Vincent explained what they had found and the brakes did not need done at that time (Pleasant Surprise) he told me they was doing the oil change and wash it, and how much the bill was and I could pick it up in about an hour! went up my car was nice and clean, all work done and keys was under the mat! Really nice they have a curbside service, was wonderful! More
