Honestly I could not ask for better service. If I call or text my rep he answers right away. If I have issues with my car the service department gets me in right away. Awesome service but disappointed in "repair" charges This is the second time I have used express service to detail one of my cars. You do AWESOME work. Here is the disappointment. If you are going to advertise $139.99 as the service then make that the price. If you are going to ADD $14 to the bill then advertise $155.....the service is worth it. It is baloney (not the real word I want to use) then to see an invoice with a "repair" charge that is random, unexped and ultimately not easily explained. I want to repeat that the service is awesome....you do really great work. Why poke someone for $14 on the back end when you can easily show it up front. More

We were considering 3 models on the lot and he went over all the specs with us and helped us choose a perfect vehicle for us. man (Michael Lamtman).
