Horrible Service Department I made an appointment to see the service department. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, pulled into the bay, got out of the car with my crutches I made an appointment to see the service department. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, pulled into the bay, got out of the car with my crutches, and I was completely ignored. There were three people in the bay, and no one acknowledged me. I said loudly, "Hello, I have an appointment" nothing, I said, "I have a 10:00 am appointment, or should I leave?" A young man looked at me and said, "Mike will help you" and motioned to an older man at a computer. I stood there another few minutes until Mike came over to put the tags in my car, then proceeded to have me stand on crutches at his computer while I gave him the exact information that I gave when I booked online. I was told to go inside and wait, and another CUSTOMER had to help me with the door. I then waited for an hour and a half with no update, completely ignored. When I did get an update, I was told that they would be another hour while realigning my front sensor. When I saw my car get pulled up to the bay, I went out there (because I was waiting 2.5 hours) and stood there staring at my car for 5 minutes, and no one acknowledged me until I said loudly, "So am I good?" Then, again, I had to stand on crutches to sign all of the paperwork. Poor customer service aside, I didn't even make it to the edge of the parking lot before my front sensor light came back on. Which means I was tried poorly and sat there for 2.5 hours for absolutely nothing. More
