If you have a chance to deal with Ken Ganley Nissan, save your money and go else where. The salesman I worked with was awesome, but that’s where the cordiality ended. It’s been almost two months and they sti your money and go else where. The salesman I worked with was awesome, but that’s where the cordiality ended. It’s been almost two months and they still haven’t paid off my trade in. I’ve informed them of the situation and they say it is on the financiers end. I would be understanding of that if that was the case. I got a copy of the check they cut and informed them they sent it to the wrong organization. I provided the proper payoff information for them even. Rather than admit their fault, cancel the check and cut a new one I’ve been forced to make two car payments or let my credit take a hit for their misdoing. As a consumer, I would never suggest this dealership. And if things continue this way, further actions will be taken as they have blown off my phone calls, told me I was wrong, and to just let it play out. Please save yourself the time, money and hassle of dealing with a sub par organization! More

Our salesman, Jimmy, worked with my husband and we were able to purchase the car for our daughter. Within 24 hours we were approved and picked the car up to surprise her. I can't remember our finance associates name but he was able to get us in and out within 20 minutes (possibly even less). He was prepared for us when we waked in the door. Couldn't be happier!! And our daughter was very surprised when she came home from school and loves her Nissan Versa! More
