Getting my new Nissan Rogue Sport from Ken Ganley Nissan was quite literally the best car buying/leasing I have had, EVER! At age 50 I have bought numerous cars over the years, as well as leased a handful n was quite literally the best car buying/leasing I have had, EVER! At age 50 I have bought numerous cars over the years, as well as leased a handful now, and I cannot believe how smooth and enjoyable they made the experience. The nearest Nissan dealership to me is 8 miles away. After getting online and on the phone with a salespersons I drove the 35 miles to Ken Ganley Nissan. The service was impeccable and the price/value I received was WELL beyond what the other Dealerships we’re offering. I rarely if ever fill out surveys and if I do I don’t do a comment but Ken Ganley Nissan and those I dealt with deserve this little bit of effort on my part. Thank you and expect to see me for my next car purchase. More

I did not enjoy my experience at all I stopped in to get my oil changed and a tire rotation.They came back and said I had a non repairable nail in my tire but it was not leaking at all.I I stopped in to get my oil changed and a tire rotation.They came back and said I had a non repairable nail in my tire but it was not leaking at all.I thought that was weird but I didn't say anything.they immediately wanted to sell me 2 tires for over 550.00 which I thought was outrageous.I told them not to do anything and I would watch it.I drove home and the next morning took it to my mechanic and he said since it was not leaking it probably didn't penetrate the inner wall.He said anybody that does this type of work should know this procedure.He looked at it pulled the nail out and fixed the hole with no problem. He charged me 0 for this procedure. You wanted to charge me over 550.00.I do not feel that this was right and I won't be back. Thank you John Jasin More
