She loved it, but hated the color. They didn't have the color she preferred, but found one at their sister store in North Olmstead. They called in a driver on his day off, sent him up there, brought it back, processed it, financed it, put the final touches on it and did it all before 5pm - because we had a fundraiser to get to at 6. Great team effort. Jimmy (Salesman) was low pressure, pleasant and hustled. More
Oil Change and Recall Update Leased my 2018 Nissan Rogue in December 2018 at the end of the month, quarter and year sales promotion. We worked with Mike Lamtman. He was very polite and helpful. I really appreciated that he showed me all the features inside my vehicle and helped me with the set up of these features as well. Not sure helpful. I really appreciated that he showed me all the features inside my vehicle and helped me with the set up of these features as well. I was very disappointed in my visit. I have used your service dept several times before. Quote on 4 new tires did not include alignment . One of the new tires had a hole in it, so I was given a loner car service dept several times before. Quote on 4 new tires did not include alignment . One of the new tires had a hole in it, so I was given a loner car to drive. I live in Valley City and work in Akron. The next morning before I could get to Medina the fuel light came on. Picked car up Friday, got home and my husband noticed the old tire was still on the car. Went back Saturday morning, I did ask for my money back for the loner car. Next time I will get quotes before I call your dealership. More
Good, but had one issue I really like this dealership, but did have one issue. I had an oil change, new brakes, new battery and one tire pressure monitor replaced. After dr I really like this dealership, but did have one issue. I had an oil change, new brakes, new battery and one tire pressure monitor replaced. After driving about 15 miles, the tire pressure light came on and I had to go back to the dealership to have the monitor reprogrammed. They did so quickly, and the problem was resolved. I will definitely continue to use this dealership for my service. I feel much more confident about price and service with this dealership than the one I used previously. More
Fast Friendly and convenient We recently got a flat tire on our Rogue. After consulting paperwork i found i had tire insurance so we called Allstate and they said this was closest We recently got a flat tire on our Rogue. My wife quickly set up appointment for service the next morning.We came,Tigh quickly checked checked us in and checked tire, then we hit a 20 min wait (not bad) while Tigh got clearance to replace tire.( not dealers fault, we had to wait for Allstate to answer call) . The waiting area was clean and comfortable, nice Kurig machine i made myself a double cup of a columbian dark roast ,my wife had a soda and bag of chips. Once 8:00 am hit it seemed like only 5-10 minutes later our car was ready to go Tigh got the approval for new tire and had us ready to go toot sweet!! When we first looked at our new car we had come this dealer first but they didnt have preowned with features we needed so we ended up buying elsewhere. I would definetly check here first when im ready again, also would have been convenient to have free carwashes ! 5STAR EXPERIENCE !!!! Only negative was off in the distance I thought I heard someone use a few foul words but did not detract from our experience whatsoever. ( It wasnt Tigh ) More
