The sales department is very aggressive. The pressure type atmosphere is a negative for me. Any service maintenance resulted in more service pressure. Ken Ganley Review Mike was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't too overbearing but very informative about the process of trading in my car and purchasing a used car. The day I came in to purchase the car I wasn't informed that there would be a fee for using my credit card to buy the vehicle. The woman at the purchase counter said she couldn't make the transaction without adding a large fee. Mike said I would need to come back the next day with a check. After some time of speaking Mike talked to the manager and waived the $200+ fee after talking to a manager. The woman (not sure of the name) at the purchasing counter was visually and audibly displeased by this process. She seemed like I was a big inconvenience to her. The day after I bought the car Mike called and mentioned they found the second key to the vehicle. I had to come in to collect it. Although I was happy to have a spare key, I wasn't to have to come back in. I got a call a few days after I picked up the key saying the man (not sure of the name) who had me sign for the title had me sign the wrong box. I had to come back in to sign a new page and I am still waiting for my title to come in. These minor inconveniences added up and I got a very unprofessional/unorganized impression from this dealership. More

Not honest in service center! Went for oil change, some unnecessary repairs quoted that weren't needed! Very dissatisfied for this reason!
