Ken Ganley Nissan did an excellent job taking the time to diagnose an issue that went unresolved from my prior visit. I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to get the not only get the matter han diagnose an issue that went unresolved from my prior visit. I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to get the not only get the matter handled but kept me updated throughout the repair process and made it so my time was valued and they moved things along expediently. When I bought my Nissan from Ganley Nissan in mayfield Hts. It was a very nice experience at the time the Steve the GM at the time was very nice and I told him I was in the peer and LED light business I c Hts. It was a very nice experience at the time the Steve the GM at the time was very nice and I told him I was in the peer and LED light business I called and sent information to him about getting together to talk when I told him I was going to purchase another car he told me to come out to your Nissan dealership in Medina which I did the salesman Mike was very good and steve told me to call him after the first of January which I did and Steve never bother to call me back. As you can tell I was pissed about it and I will not buy another car from ganley even though I have two friends who asked me about ganley chain and I told him to go other dealerships.
