Phone conversation and texting prior to coming was great. Sales guy was ok, up until we signed the papers and he omitted to tell me there was only one key for the vehicle. Dealership should charge the person who turns the vehicle in 300 bucks for a new key, not the new purchaser. Finance guy took Soooooo long to get ready. Messed up taxes and tax credit. Also didn’t show us the rates possible, just stuck us in 72 months at certain rate.. sales managers were not helpful. No floor mats on the vehicle which is standard. More
