I am at my wits end. I recently took an amount over 9K as a loss on the vehicle (2011 Tiguan) that I purchased from this dealership. I am appalled at the the level of service, the lack of record keeping, as well as the amount of money that I lost over a vehicle that was purchased in good faith. I am a working class citizen and do not enjoy being treated as if these were the dark ages. You clearly took advantage of me and my status in life over the purchase of a 2011 Tiguan. In the end, the entire top half of the engine needed to be replaced after the check engine light came on AGAIN. When the unit was towed from my home after failure to start, an estimate of $5K was given to replace it. I was forced to work the entire remaining balance on the financing into a new car that I leased. I almost lost my job over the inability to to get to work. As well, I had to come up with over $2K in cash to lease reliable transportation. That is a total of over $14K for an auto that was valued at $11K at purchase. After the manager of the used lot ran into my car, he failed to produce any sort of paperwork stating that my auto had actually been worked on at the Ganley VW dealership nor did he offer to repair the front and rear doors that he hit. And I do believe that the Ganley VW dealershio would be to blame for the ultimate failure of the engine. I do not believe that they successfully managed to put oil in my car after they worked on it. I would never, ever recommend Ganley (I do not care what division) to friends, family, or my worst enemy.
