From the moment I spoke with Ken Ganley and Ruth Ham, my family was treated with total respect and fairness. It was a pleasure to drive off with a quality vehicle in a Toyota and at the same time have such a positive car buying experience. Ruth Ham was both extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable. There was never a pressure tactic and after only a few minutes with Ruth, I knew she was someone I could trust. After offering an extremely fair and competitive price on the new car and trade-in, Ruth sat in the car with me and, with extreme patience, showed every feature of the car and answered every question. Ruth made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable, something every car dealership should strive for. We financed our car through Toyota and met with Allison. Allison not only obtained a great finance rate, she was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient at her job. Allison offered us certain features to choose from and gave us no pressure to purchase. Finally, I have to speak of Ken Ganley. I have interacted with Ken each time I have purchased a car from Ganley Toyota and each time I have even more respect and admiration of him. I have never had a problem with any purchase of a Toyota product but I am assured Ken Ganley would be there if a problem arose. There is a reason why the dealership is such a success, it's because Ken Ganley is the true definition of "class" and his professionalism, respect and kindness flows down to each of his employees. I cannot ever recall dealing with a sales person as professional, kind, and helpful as Richard Clausen. From our first conversation I was very impressed with his communication skills, and professionalism. Several conversations later his tone never changed, which is why I decided to fly to Akron from Texas last Friday (Dec 9, 2016), in spite of having a bad cold and a touch of the flu, to see and purchase the vehicle; and flew back to Texas the following day. If Richard had not been as courteous and helpful as he was over the phone, there is no way that I would have flown to Akron and back to Texas the following day with or without a touch of the flu to any car dealership. Richard is a great asset to the Ganley team. I am very satisfied with the vehicle, but more satisfied with the service that Richard provided throughout the car buying process.
