Although my wife and I had been considering the purchase of a SUV, we had no immediate plans to buy. Jared was very helpful and I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and current incentives. After sharing my experience with my wife I contacted Jared for a test drive and after a little over an hour the purchase was complete. He explained the different aspects of the 4Runner and Highlander. After test driving both vehicles I settled on a Highlander. Jared was a pleasure to work with. He explained how to operate the various features of the vehicle and stressed that should any questions arise I was to contact him. I have previously purchased a 2006 Camry and a 2008 Prius from Ganley Toyota. Both vehicles are still in the family. Based on my experiences with Ganley Toyota my daughter purchased a Rav from them. Lease of Toyota Camry I was looking for a car and had a potential lease with Nissan and I remembered test driving a Toyota Camry at Ganley Toyota a few weeks earlier. The lease option with Nissan seemed good but I also liked the way the Camry handled so I called Kyle Myatt to see if Toyota had the same offer. After a short time on hold he told me that Ganley could do better than the Nissan offer. I was very pleased and a few days later I was driving off the lot with a 24 month lease on a 2014 Toyota Camry. More

When we were buying the car we were told they provided loaner cars as a service but how would one give an advance notice of car trouble? I guess the problem is that I am old enough to remember true excellence in customer service. This does not qualify. I am offended that they are saying some other dealers don't even provide loaners, don't you get it....neither do you! I usually go by a friends referral but didn't this time. I will save my friends from this dealership. More

best car buying experience from any dealership in the area I had just purchased my 5th car in the last 5 years, so needless to say I have had to many experiences with dealerships. Usually I feel like I am being pressured to spend more money or buy a car that I really don't want and isn't what I'm looking for. Working with Jeremy was the exact opposite of what I was used to. The first time we talked he spent most of the time asking me questions around what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. After we spent so much time talking and figuring out what I wanted he suggested that Ganley might not have the perfect car to fit my budget and needs. Instead of just sending me away he actually took the time to explain what car best fit to what I was looking for, and what I should look for in those cars. Even after all of his help I was unable to find a car that I liked, but he didn't just give up. Jeremy gave me a call a day later to let me know a car had come to the used lot that might be perfect. When I came in to see the car he had everything ready and cleaned for me. The car was the perfect fit and had everything I wanted in a car. To make it simple while working with Jeremy it was like holding a conversation with an old friend and not like he was hiding something or there was a catch to buying the car I wanted. I highly suggest working with Jeremy for any one who is a first time car buyer or anyone who is tired of the usual sleazy car salesman. More
