When I got the truck home I noticed the passenger power window did not work from the passenger side. It did work from the driver side. I also noticed a chip in the windshield that was starting to crack. When I took the truck down to the local garage to have the brakes looked at they told me it would need new back brakes. They said the one side didn’t even have a brake pad on it. When I contacted the dealership about the problems I told them that the window I didn’t care about because I have a friend that repairs glass and he did fix it for me. They brakes I figured I would eventually have to replace anyway. But I did want the window fixed. The dealership said I purchased it as is and they will not fix the window. They said the warranty was for the power train only. I remember the used sales manager telling me how they had spent $382 fixing up the truck. Does it cost $382 to wash and wax a pickup truck? I went to a dealership thinking it would be better than a private car lot. I knew I would be paying a little more but they would stand behind their product. Boy was I wrong. My advice to you is not to buy from Ganley, their word means nothing. I know I will never buy another used or new vehicle from them again. More
