Most recent experience was to get new batteries for two low charged car keys. I was anticipating a long drawn out experience like I previously had at a different dealership. The $3000 market adjustment cost was inappropriate. The owner had cash flow problems (no cars to sell), so he made his problem the customers problem. He shares losses but doesn't share profits.
