My consultant Benjamin was very helpful and responsive to my requests. He listened carefully and was pleasant to work with. We communicated very effectively via text messages, especially during and after the process of locating the exact vehicle we wanted. The sales manager Michael's initial offers indicated he had more room to negotiate on a financed purchase, even though we intended initially to purchase it for cash. We made a very aggressive counter offer that was accepted. It was difficult for Michael to find the exact car we wanted in a 250 mile radius while we waited. So we offered a slightly different color combination as a second option to make the offer work if they could locate either car for us within a day. They did find our second choice, but had very little room for additional compensation beyond a free oil change and tire rotation to close the deal. We agreed. The delivery experience was very good with Benjamin keeping me informed of the when the car was finally enroute, and would be ready for pickup two days later. He was also very thorough in explaining all the features of the car. There was some misunderstanding on the finance manager's part when he chose a lender with a lower rate that was not compatible with the offer Michael and Benjamin had agreed to and all had accepted. That error required a trip back to the dealership (after taking delivery of the car) to sign a different financing contract. Fortunately that didn't take very long. Michael introduced me to the service manager and gave me a quick tour of the dealership. Overall it was a very satisfying experience. Benjamin and Michael deserve the credit. More

Wonderful customer service I had purchased my tires at Ganley Westside Imports for piece of mind, and one place for service and support. Recently, I ended up with a nail in one I had purchased my tires at Ganley Westside Imports for piece of mind, and one place for service and support. Recently, I ended up with a nail in one of the tires, and took it back to Ganley for road hazard repair, and had hoped that all I would need is a simple plug, but also wanted to have the inspection done there since if it needed more, they would be fair, and at least I would get the remaining coverage on the tire. Luckily, it did only require a plug, and they took care of it, and just gave me the service report for my records. Come to find out when I reviewed the report, not only did they repair the puncture, but the dismounted and inspected the tire, remounted, refilled with Nitrogen as originally installed, and rebalanced. Above and beyond, and greatly appreciated! More
