Professional, Knowledgeable & Efficient I went in to the Express desk for a quick oil change. As I didn't have an appointment, I was fit in between appointments. The Agent at the Express desk was friendly and professional. He explained the service and asked me if I'd like my car washed after the service. I was hesitant because I was on a time constraint but he assured me I would be on my way in a little over an hour and he was correct! He went over the service given my car on the check list and I was impressed he didn't try to sell me other services I knew weren't required like other places/dealers. Thank you!
