Transmission problem? I was having an issue with losing drive when pulling away from a stop. Also getting a situation where the engine would rev up but no gear shift. Thi I was having an issue with losing drive when pulling away from a stop. Also getting a situation where the engine would rev up but no gear shift. This was a periodic problem not constant. Since it was a sporadic problem Ray and his technicians couldn’t duplicate it. They asked if I could leave it overnight so they could do more extensive test driving to try and duplicate it. They found a few faults that I didn’t know I was having plus they determined that a reprogramming would be in order. When I got the car back a number of systems that were not working properly began working, which was great! When you are dealing with software problems with newer generation cars the solutions are always evident but i’m pleased with the solution that they came up with. With this type of problem only time will tell if the reboot solution will end my problem. However I am very pleased with their concern and how I was treated. More

Excellent experience. I went in to get my regular 45,000 mile service. Everything was taken care of efficiently. No problems incurred. Wanted to meet with my sales rep L I went in to get my regular 45,000 mile service. Everything was taken care of efficiently. No problems incurred. Wanted to meet with my sales rep Lennox to have him show me navigation system but he was with a customer. I came back the following week since I was in the neighborhood and he spent a little bit of time with me to show me how it works. I don't remember offhand who the service employee was but he was excellent. Friendly, professional. More

Took us for a test drive while she continued to point out options and standard equipment. She assisted us with getting our trade in value and helped us reach a suitable price. All done in a courteous and professional manner. She also walked us through the usual multitude of paper word. Quickly and carefully. When it was time for us to take delivery she spent a great deal of time helping us get familiar with the vehicle.
