STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER I am very, very disappointed about their service. First time it was couple years ago, they wanted to charge me for the leaking valve gasket over I am very, very disappointed about their service. First time it was couple years ago, they wanted to charge me for the leaking valve gasket over $2500 and other things they made up. We fixed the valve gasket to the other shop and we paid $200 and no other problems. Today , 4/26/2018 I was again there with my new car Hyundai VELOSTER to change the tire, it had a small bubble . I don't know what the mechanic did , when he brought outside the car , and I checked to see if they did a good job I founded , the rim was damaged . I tried to speak with the manager because it's a new car I wanted a new rim, but they said no, we are going to fix it. I don't wanted to be fixed , I wanted a new rim because is it an expensive car. They tried to convinced me , the rim it wasn't damaged in their shop . I showed to them the old tire, because it was damaged that too , it was fresh, no dirty, they could have see it, but of course they tried to "cover " that guy who changed the tire. I said, bring that guy here to tell the truth, but they don't wanted to do that. I said, that guy must pay for my rim , and next time he's going to do a very good job , working very carefully. It was happened with my car, next time is going to happened with another car, and we must pay for their service a lot of money. So stay far from this dealer. I will never go back there. More

Best car buying experience in my 60 + years on the planet! If you need a car, see Joe Parola! For over a year, I had been trying to buy a car for myself, with no luck. Mostly because if you have no car, you can't get anywhere to buy one. By the time people can take you where you want to go, the car you want is sold! I saw a car on line on Sunday at Ganley westside imports, and left my information, Joe called and I asked him information about the car, etc. I said I would try and get there to see it in person, but I had to find someone to take me. He said He would come and pick me up. At first I said no, but I told him to call me when He got in on Monday. He called and when I told him I couldn't get out there, he asked me: "Can I swing the car by you?" I said yes. I also needed to show my mechanic. That happened, and we had to drive to him. I bought the car and had it in my driveway Monday night. The dealership is very nice. Anyone who buys a car for the first time with Joe, would think this is how it is done, and have a wonderful experience. (even if you've bought cars before, Go see Joe.) Nice guy, friendly and not pushy. minimal time in the "office". He pretty much did everything I reasonably asked, and even went above what I expected! I love my car! Thanks Ganley Westside imports!
