We appreciate the opportunity to work with you, and are disappointed that our post sale follow up has not met our standards. At Ganley Westside Imports, we strive to provide a simple, easy and professional car buying experience 100% of the time, and I apologize that this appears to not have happened in your case. More specifically, David (our Finance Manager) was not aware that you had a 12:00 appointment with him, and arrived 30 minutes late for your meeting, which is unacceptable. With regard to your gift card, all promotional gift cards are ordered on the 1st weekend of the month following complete funding of a car deal (if a financing bank was involved). Hopefully, this was explained to you during the consummation of your deal, and I can confirm that your gift card will be purchased this Saturday, July 1st. Due to an oversight on the part of Heather (Sales Rep), the cards were ordered at the beginning of June, resulting in a 30 day delay. I apologize for both of these incidents, however to state that we committed fraud or lied in any way is not honest or accurate. You are receiving your gift card, and I am not aware of any lies told by dealership employees.
