BEWARE of Ganley and Hyundai BEWARE! I bought a new 2015 Sonata from Ganley. 2 days after taking delivery, I sealed the paint and found a ding in the paint on the hood and a smal BEWARE! I bought a new 2015 Sonata from Ganley. 2 days after taking delivery, I sealed the paint and found a ding in the paint on the hood and a small dent above the passenger side door. I told the Salesman about it in a couple of phone calls and was told at least twice they would take care of it when I brought the car in for the first oil change and check-up. It is a low mileage vehicle so some time elapsed before it needed the change. When I took it in, I told the service personnel about it and also spoke with the salesman. I was told that Sales would have to handle it and that they would contact me. They did not do so. After at least 4 emails, I finally got the name of the sales manager. It took several phone calls, but I finally spoke to him and was told that they have a system and no car ever is delivered that is not 100% and that they would not do anything. I was basically told I was being disingenuous. I was further told that I would have to go to Hyundai which I did. However, Hyundai simply repeated what the dealer said and told me they would not do anything as too much time had elapsed. Obviously, the tactic was to delay and delay, hoping I would go away. When I didn't, I was told too much time had elapsed. Avoid this dealer and Hyundai as they simply do not put in practice the mountains of customer service and satisfaction propaganda they spew constantly via email. More

"What About BoB..? " Bob Ciocca was great. He did everything I would want a car salesman to be and act with me as the customer. He didn't oversell or over promise. ALL Bob Ciocca was great. He provided options, explained everything thoroughly, and did a wonderful job. He knows how to get on the customers level and relate to a customer on many different levels. (Hence why he's in Sales and does well in Sales, right..? ) Bob was just fantastic. I don't think the outcome would've been the same if it wasn't for good ol' Bob Ciocca. Great experience in the Pre-Owned location One Sunday while at my desk, I was searching a specific type of Honda Accord on Autotrader.com. I came across one that I liked. I contacted Ganley and One Sunday while at my desk, I was searching a specific type of Honda Accord on Autotrader.com. I came across one that I liked. I contacted Ganley and spoke to Heather. She was very informative as it pertains to the vehicle in question. I told her I would contact her at a later time when I decided upon financing. I decided to call her back within an hour to proceed with the purchasing process. I was skeptical about purchasing this car since the dealership is in Ohio and I was from Atlanta! After looking at the reviews, I felt safe. Heather kept me up to speed throughout the application process. That Tuesday, I flew in to Cleveland and Heather was there waiting for me. She was very kind and professional. Once at the dealership, I test drove the car which was everything I expected and more. I met Sandy and she as well was very kind and professional. I must say that I had a GREAT experience with Ganley and will definitely take that flight again if they have what I want. THANKS!!!!! More
