Most awful car buying experience I've ever had Jannelle is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in retail. She had the audacity to tell me that my deposit was non refundable after Jannelle is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in retail. She had the audacity to tell me that my deposit was non refundable after taking 2000 dollars out of my account without my consent. I was not even present when the transaction was made. She harassed me, refused to give me my deposit, was unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never encountered such poor customer service. She ruined my customer experience and the other customers that were in the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stressless car buying experience. She threatened me and refused to give me my own money back telling me she did not have a manager or a customer relations department. I truly believe that if you're spending that kind of money, you should go elsewhere. This is not a professional dealership. It is not customer service friendly and they do not have any interest in saving you money. More
