Tom was very friendly and helpful. It took a long time to get the financing done because you we're short a finance manager, which was a bit painful. The finance manager we worked with was great, he was j to get the financing done because you we're short a finance manager, which was a bit painful. The finance manager we worked with was great, he was just stretched very thin and we didn't leave the dealership until 10pm and had arrived at 6:15pm. Also, I had emailed a Woody, a salesman, because he was another contact I had via my employer. He was by short and give me a very negative impression of your dealership. But Tom turned that around with his quick responses, friendliness, and had everything read for me when I walked In the door; he had the car pulled and waiting for me. More

The overall experience was a good one. My only complaint is that the 3 1/2 hours it took to complete all paperwork, if feel, was excessive. I thought my oil level was down a quart & asked service if this was normal for a car that had only 1900 miles on it. Elton took the time to explain that some cars do this when new & it was perfect service if this was normal for a car that had only 1900 miles on it. Elton took the time to explain that some cars do this when new & it was perfectly normal. He said he would top off the oil & do a quick check of the other fluids as no charge. 30 minutes & one cup of coffee later, the car was done and he even had it washed! I am very pleased with the professional manner of your service department & the extra effort they put into each service. More
