Exceptional Customer Service I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also had purchased (elsewhere) a replacement fog light bulb that I had intended on replacing mysel I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also had purchased (elsewhere) a replacement fog light bulb that I had intended on replacing myself, but had not due to lack of time. I asked if I could pay for the labor of having someone install it for me, and they did it free of charge for being a long-term customer. I also appreciated the fact that nobody tried to pressure me into purchasing additional or unnecessary services. More
