The Service department is terrific but I will never buy a new car from them again. When I bought my new car, I had a good experience with Sales but not Finance. Compared to my previous experience at a Lorain County dealer, this service visit was a big improvement. They have a system, and although they had lots of cars in for service, my wait was only about an h dealer, this service visit was a big improvement. They have a system, and although they had lots of cars in for service, my wait was only about an hour for a diagnosis. My "check engine" light problem does need another appointment, but they were friendly and kept me informed. The waiting room was pleasant and there were plenty of stuff to read and TV to watch, and free WiFi, which I took advantage of. I must say, however, that charging customers $0.50 for a cup of coffee is pretty annoying when your repairs will likely be in the $100's. All in all, I was satisfied with the experience and I will return for service. More

I am so pleased with the service I receive at Ganley Hyundai. My car was used and I did not purchase it there. This dealership not only has my service business for as long as I have this car, but they will also have my business when I purchase my next car. The dealership is clean and the people are friendly. The waiting area is great and there is a computer I can use to log in to work and get my stuff done while I am waiting for service. I can't say enough about Chris and how well he treats me when I come in. He is friendly and explains everything to me and answers all of my questions. I will recommend this dealership and service department to anyone I can. Great job! More

I thought my oil level was down a quart & asked service if this was normal for a car that had only 1900 miles on it. Elton took the time to explain that some cars do this when new & it was perfect service if this was normal for a car that had only 1900 miles on it. He said he would top off the oil & do a quick check of the other fluids as no charge. 30 minutes & one cup of coffee later, the car was done and he even had it washed! Ganley Imports obviously understands the importance of Customer Experience. Everyone on the phone was courteous and quick. Every time that I called VW Service, a person answered the phone (Candace), not a recording, and helped get me to my service advisor (Keith) in a timely fashion. The diagnostic path taken by Keith and his mechanic was logical. Keith was very straightforward with the results of the entire investigative process to determine the issues with my daughter's 2001 Jetta (Odo=220,000 miles!), but not "pushy". He made a rough estimate of the repair costs of the items that his mechanic verified or suspected would benefit the condition and performance of the vehicle. Keith was very understanding when I chose not to have any of those repairs done at this time. More
