Whoever did the oil change and work on my 2013 Chevrolet Volt was a super nice guy. On the video that was shared with me over text, it was excellent, concise, and thorough. Excellent attitude. He gave me attitude and acted like he had more important things to do or better places to be. Didn't bother to explain the charges or what work was completed. I tried asking him questions about the service I wanted done and he was completely unhelpful and abrasive and tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Wouldn't even look at me and barely acknowledged I was there. I don't know if he was busy or having a really bad day, but I will do my best to avoid him in the future. If I see he's the only person at the service desk, I'll leave and take my business elsewhere. More

I have brought my 2002 Silverado in for service three times in the past few years. Totally happy with the service rep Matt Muir, totally happy with the quality of the service technicians. Had my car 42 days and the motor is shot! Been given the run around for 2 weeks now didn’t offer a rental so I’ve been out of a car with 3 little kids for this long then I called and went on Been given the run around for 2 weeks now didn’t offer a rental so I’ve been out of a car with 3 little kids for this long then I called and went on a rant I was don’t being nice at this point and they threatened to call the cops on me if I came into the dealer due to me telling them since the phone wasn’t getting me answers i would come in person and it wasn’t going to be pretty. We traded in a perfectly working car to have one that is no longer working and having them say they aren’t covering it. Also they didn’t even have my name switched over by the time my temp tag expired I had to go get my plates myself. They said I will call you back with no phone call back everytime! This is our first car we have bought from Ken garff and this will be the last! They do not care about their customers and they won’t back their vehicles! This dealership is not worth going to and I don’t Recommend it at all! It has been the biggest pain in the butt and to. It get answers unless I hound them or be mean is a problem they think I can just not have any means of transportation with my 3 little kids and that’s just fine to them! I have contacted a lawyer that is how bad this situation has been and this is just the 1/2 of what we have experienced!!!!! Mind you the car is a 2018 and work was done on the motor before we purchased it. More
