I worked with Duston (salesman) and he was helpful. I was happy to find this 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate in stock rather than having to order it. This dealership also helped me with an in and out with my 2022 GMC Denali. Like any dealership right now, there was almost no negotiations on price. GM did offer a $500 military discount. The overall process would be five stars, for a dealership (which we all hate) except that the process should have been much quicker- as always. But I think dealerships get used to intentionally making people wait all day to make them tired and hungry and ready to just make a deal to be done. Our numbers were already set and there was no need for the extended delays. There was one part that wasn’t installed on my vehicle – I had to make an appointment to come back and have it installed (3 hr drive for me). The part was the GMC kicker stereo that goes in the tailgate – approximately one hour job (very simple install). Service was less than accommodating. I was very clear that I could come in any day at any time that they could get the install. Originally they wanted one full day with the vehicle for the one hour install. After several minutes of debate they agreed that if I could have it in by 1:30 PM they could have it back to me by 6 PM that same day. I again asked for an appointment and they stated “I cannot and will not guarantee when your vehicle will go in for service – we can only give you a check in time”. Frankly, after buying $103,500 vehicle, it’s disappointing that Ken Garff “does NOT hear me/you”. In conclusion, sales earned four stars but service is two stars at best. I have the kicker stereo and will either sell it or install it myself. More
